Orders & Payment

Delivery

We offer same-day and 4-hour delivery in select areas. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or florist availability. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Substitution Policy

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, specific varieties may not always be available. Our florists may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style and color palette of your arrangement.

Returns & Refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable and all sales are generally final. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

4HR Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
